Microsoft’s Xbox One represents a huge leap forward in terms of technology and power for the console maker. While the insides of the box are distinctly next-gen, the all-black exterior is nothing new. Comic-Con attendees will have the chance to grab a much more colorful version of the console when Microsoft gives away 20 custom, collectible consoles to their biggest fans.

Microsoft will host the Xbox Gaming Lounge at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Seaport Ballroom during Comic-Con, and will show off 20 custom Xbox Ones at the event. Attendees can snap a picture of their favorite console and Tweet it for a chance to win that box. Only followers of @Xbox will be eligible, and contestants will also need to include the hashtags the hashtags #XboxOne and #XboxSweeps for their entry to count.

The contest was announced by podcast network The Nerdist, who is also contributing a custom console to the prize pool. Themed consoles will be available for a slew of games, including Sunset Overdrive, Madden NFL 15, Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes, Halo, Dragon Age: Inquisition and Evolve, as well as other game-related entities like MLG, Machinima and Twitch.TV.

The contest runs from July 24 to July 28, and while Comic-Con attendees will have the opportunity to see the consoles first-hand before entering the contest, gamers who aren’t in San Diego can also enter by hand-printing their name, address, phone number, email address and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mailing it to “Xbox Collectible Console Sweepstakes,” c/o HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5046, Department 813295, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046.
