Trip To The Hardware Store Could Make Your Own Hoverboard

Want to somewhat be like Marty McFly in Back To The Future Part II with your very own hoverboard? Well, October of 2015 is less than a year away and there are many scientific teams that are trying to create the coolest thing from the Back to The Future trilogy. How about instead of getting all scientific, just taking an afternoon of your time and a trip to the hardware store.

The guy in this video, who calls himself Mr. Hoverboard, made a board out of plywood and four leaf-blowers. Yes, the board does hover, but only about an inch from the ground. Watch above as he takes his invention to a local skatepark and impresses just about everyone there.
