Third And Final Trailer For The Amazing Spider-Man [Video]

This has definitely been the week for summer movie trailers. We've had new trailers for Prometheus, The Dark Knight Rises and earlier today, The Expendables 2. So, here is the third and final theatrical trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man. Video after the jump.

This new 'reboot' of the Spider-Man film series shows the origin of Peter Parker becoming Spidey while still in high school. Yeah, we have seen this story before with Sam Raimi's original 2002 film Spider-Man. But, 'Amazing' is more of an in-depth origin story. We also finally get a real good look at Spidey's villian, The Lizard!

The Amazing Spider-Man stars Andrew Garfield as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Denis Leary as Captain George Stacy, Rhys Ifans as Dr. Curt Conners/The Lizard, Martin Sheen as Uncle Ben and Sally Field as Aunt May.
