The UL Ragin Cajun Football Team Will Honor Mickey Shunick The Entire 2012 Season

The Ragin Cajun football team is gearing up for the future, and remembering the past. To honor the life of former UL student Mickey Shunick, the team will sport decals on their helmets for the entire 2012 football season.
The decals will have an image representing a girl on a bicycle, with the word ‘Mickey’ underneath. A member of the Ragin Cajun football staff hatched the idea, and UL coach Mark Hudspeth approved. The decals will be displayed at UL’s first game Saturday September 1, 2012, when they take on Lamar at Cajun Field.
