CCTV captures 57-year-old Sean Murphy driving his city bus, loading up his pipe and smoking synthetic weed, than completely PASSING OUT and slamming into a house!

Oh, he also had methenamine and morphine in his blood system at the time. But, get this...he's not being charged with the fake weed because it's not illegal in England.

Two adults and three children were in the home at the time he smashed into it, but luckily escaped injury.

Mr Murphy appeared in court and pleaded guilty to reckless driving and driving under the influence of illicit drugs.
