Rita Benson LeBlanc Removed From National Football League

After New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans owner Tom Benson transferred the succession of owning the teams from his granddaughter Rita Benson LeBlanc to his wife Gayle Benson, things have been hectic in the Benson camp.

Benson LeBlanc has even requested to a judge that Tom Benson undergo a mental evaluation.

Now, Benson LeBlanc has also been ousted from serving on committees in the NFL. Benson Leblanc served as chair of the NFL Employee Benefits Committee and was a member of the NFL International Committee. She is now no longer a member of them.

The NFL has yet to make a statement about why she was ousted from these committees. Also, they have yet to announce who will be taking her place. We will keep you updated as this story continues.
