The New Orleans Saints are bringing back linebacker Parys Haralson after the two parties agreed to a contract today, this according to multiple reports.

It's a one year deal, but other details of the agreement have not yet been revealed.

Haralson joined the Saints just before the start of the 2013 seasons after New Orleans traded a 7th round pick to San Francisco to acquire him.

At 31, Haralson started a dozen games for the Saints last season, acquiring 3 sacks, 35 tackles, and a fumble recovery.

Haralson's biggest strength during his nine year career has been run defense, making him well suited in a 3-4 defense for his skill set.

At 6'0, 225 pounds, his role increased in 2014. Despite being a situational player, he took part in roughly have of every defensive play last season.
