Palcohol, the powdered alcohol that we told you about earlier this year, is now banned in Louisiana, and other states...but WHY? Well, keep reading...

Lawmakers are afraid that it will make it easier for kids to access.

If you'll remember, Palcohol is a just add water to get yourself an alcoholic beverage. It will come in several different flavors including vodka, rum, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Powderita and Lemon Drop.

We won't see any in Louisiana, though, as Alaska, Delaware, Louisiana, South Carolina and Vermont have already banned powdered alcohol in fear it will increase underage drinking. Colorado will introduce a bill to ban it when their session starts next month.

Currently, Lipsmark, the company that owns Palcohol, is awaiting labeling approval so they can put it out on the market.
