Nobody Cares That This Guy Is ‘Stealing’ Bikes In New York [Video]
March 27, 2012 4:35 PM This guy sets up his bike with locks and chains. And then films himself, and in one instance his friend, stealing the bike with various cutting tools. Right in front of everyone…in broad daylight…and nobody says or does ANYTHING!!! Check out the video to see people walk right passed this guy stealing bikes in New York after the jump!
It only took him cutting the chain with a POWER TOOL to get the police to notice! And in all of the combined years of service between the five police officers not ONE of them had ever caught a bike thief! Wow!
