The New Orleans Saints just added another likely Hall of Famer to their roster. 12 time Pro Bowler cornerback Champ Bailey has agreed to a 2 year deal with the Saints.

With Drew Brees, the Saints now have potential Hall of Famers on each side of the ball.

From ESPN:

"We are excited to be able to add a future Hall of Fame player with the addition of Champ Bailey," Saints general manager Mickey Loomis said in a statement released by the team. "His career accomplishments mirror that of his high character and he's a very prideful and competitive player who we believe will add to our defense. Having spent time with him recently and in our discussions with him, I know that he's thrilled to be joining the New Orleans Saints and starting a new chapter in his professional life."

While Bailey was let go from the Denver Broncos due to a large price tag and declining productivity, it is said that he is healthy and ready to play.

Bailey, who has played cornerback, says that he would consider switching to safety if needed. Seeing that the Falcons are going after Rafael Bush, this could be a likely scenario.

Champ Bailey has 52 interceptions in a 15 year career. Plus, the guys name is Champ!
