At 35 years old, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is 13 seasons into his record breaking career. It seems he doesn't plan on retiring anytime soon, as he plans to play into his 40's!

He still has 3 years left on his ginormous contract with the Saints. He'll be 38 by that point, but he wants to play for 2 more years...AT LEAST!

With that being said, he knows his limits. It doesn't seem like he's gonna pull a Brett Favre, and keep playing when his body can't keep up.

"Do I hope I can play into my 40s? Yes, I do. As long as I'm healthy and playing at a high level, then why not?" Brees, 35, said this week, per The Associated Press. "I certainly don't take it for granted and know that obviously you've got to prove yourself every year."

Nfl.com points out that Brees doesn't seem to be slowing down. Last season, he pulled off the third-highest completion percentage (68.6) of his career, while recording his lowest interception rate (1.8) since 2004.

I am excite!
