New Microwave Concept Heats Up Food At Your Desk With A USB Port

Stuck at work in the office? Too busy to leave for your lunch break? Well, this cool new concept by London designer Steve Gates probably has the answer for you! It's called Brainwave, a USB powered microwave that heats up your food at your desk or workstation. All you need is a computer with a USB port, which isn't hard at all to find.

According to Gates at behance.net:

To enhance ease of use Radio Frequency Identification is integrated into the product to allow the oven to recognize an inserted meal. Adhesive RFID tags are located on the end of the packaged plastic fork - this contains information on the meal. With a swipe through the products built in scanner the oven recognizes the meal and operates at the appropriate time and heat.
