‘Mrs. Doubtfire’ Sequel In The Works

I guess Robin Williams is hurting for money, cause Hollywood is pushing for a sequel to Mrs. Doubtfire some 21 years after the original. Looks like Aerosmith is gonna be getting another royalty check for "Dude Looks Like A Lady".

Director Chris Columbus and Robin Williams are both attached to the project. Elf screenwriter David Berenbaum is writing the script.

Apparently a sequel was in the works back in 2001, but the project died when both actor and director weren't into it.

Other than the Will Ferrell starring Elf, Berenbaum has written Haunted Mansion and The Spiderwick Chronicles.
