Jeopardy Contestant Has Embarrassing Interview On TV [Video]

I have no idea if this guy is confused, is inebriated or just plain dumb! This contestant on Jeopardy is being introduced by host Alex Trebek and when he asks the contestant about a recent trip to Paris, he gets a response that no one was expecting. His story even has me confused right now!
