How NOT To Cross A Roundabout [Watch]

Plenty of people don't know how to use a roundabout...but I've never seen it get THIS bad!

I've seen a lot of people freeze up, and not know what to do at something as simple as a roundabout. It's a little infuriating.

This guy just blew through ALL the rules! And how about that little dog at the end that comes out of nowhere to inspect the damage!
