Man Claiming To Be Former White Zombie Drummer Arrested On Fraud Charges
An unusual case in Saulsalito, Calif., resulted in police arresting a man claiming he is former White Zombie drummer Phillip Buerstatte for allegedly defrauding a rehab center out of $75,000. He is also accused of defrauding a rehabilitation center in Novato. However, authorities identified the man as 46-year-old Loren Breckenridge.

Zakk Wylde To Host Sports Talk Radio Show
Zakk Wylde, founder of Black Label Society, will host a new weekly sports talk series on SiriusXM. ‘Wylde on Sports’ will debut Sept. 4 and air every Tuesday for six weeks on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio. The co-host will be Ken Thomson, Wylde’s brother-in-law and a veteran sports talk host.

Nonpoint Add Fall Dates To 2012 Tour
Nonpoint are hitting the road for a late summer / early fall tour, and have added a number of dates to their itinerary. The initial dates include supporting acts Eye Empire and Surrender The Fall. Later on in the tour, Nonpoint will be playing with Taproot, Bobaflex and others. The band’s latest album, a self-titled effort, will be released in October. ‘Nonpoint’ was produced by Johnny K (Disturbed, Megadeth) with additional production and mixing from Brian Virtue (Chevelle).

Staind vocalist Aaron Lewis will host a charity golf tournament in Bernardson, Mass., on Saturday, Aug. 11. The inaugural Aaron Lewis Invitational Charity Golf Tournament will be held at the Crumpin-Fox Golf Club. Lewis and his wife Vanessa started the It Takes a Community Foundation, and proceeds from this tournament will benefit the R.H. Conwell Community Education Center in Worthington, Mass.
