The movie also stars former Bond girl Olga Kurylenko, and James Purefoy.

The movie, shot in South Africa, was budgeted at $20 million. I'm sure it's happened before, but I've never heard of a movie averaging only $6.90 per theater. It opened in 10 theaters in the UK, two of which didn't sell a single ticket, bringing it's grand opening to £46 ($69).

The movie didn't have a wide release, and was given a simultaneous digital release.

Here's the synopsis from IMDB:

Alex, a mysterious thief, is pulled in by her former partner for one last heist. She quickly finds it was never just about the diamonds. A brutal murder sparks a cat and mouse chase between Alex and a master assassin. Now she must uncover the lies behind the heist and discover the secrets behind the men who have made her a target.

The movie fared a little better in the U.A.E., taking in $275,000 since it opened last month. It took it $250,000 on it's opening weekend in Russia. There are no current numbers for the US.

Momentum is currently sitting at a 26% on Rotten Tomatoes.
